Senior Site Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
-
Part of the project team lead by Project Manager/Director on developing the construction plan in accordance with the planning requirements.
-
Oversee the completeness and compliances of all site pre-requisite documents and enhance the quality of said documents.
-
Pro-actively liaises with authorities/consultants to obtain the required approval on timely basis.
-
Monitor the progress of construction work by exercising professional judgement and past experiences to supervise the appropriateness and accuracy of the work.
-
Coordinates and monitor subcontractors’ activities at the site.
-
Plan and organise optimum project meetings with respective parties to analyse the actual vs target project schedule and able to resolve site matters.
-
Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities to meet the project objective.
Job Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or higher equivalent.
-
Minimum 6 years of direct on-site construction experience is required.
-
Excellent in project management, team management and leadership skill are required.
-

Site Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
-
Utilising professional experiences to plan and lead for on time completion of project and in accordance to the construction plan, drawings, procedures and required quality.

Constantly monitor the inspection on site work programme and conduct review meeting on timely basis.

Overseeing all the materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

Supervising and monitoring the construction activities performed by subcontractor are complying with the Contract requirements.

Able to lead and resolve ad-hoc and complex technical matters.

Plan and Organize site meetings to keep updating of site progress.
-
Communicating effectively with consultants and contractors for project related.

Collaborate with Safety officer to oversee quality control, health and safety matters on site.
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Civil)/Building Surveying/Construction Engineering or higher equivalent.

Minimum 4 years of direct on-site construction experience is required.

Construction Contract Director
Job Responsibilities:
-
Develop and implement professional contract management to ensure appropriate, effective and efficient management.
-
Formulating contractual and commercial strategies for the pre-contract, tendering and award process.

Lead the contract negotiation team to negotiate the complex contractual terms and conditions for corporate and government construction contracts.
-
Tabulation comprehensive construction project budget for new and existing construction projects.
-
Participates in monthly review of project progress and budget monitoring.

Participates in the development of short, medium and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/s Degree or Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management/ Civil Engineering or equivalent.

At least 20 years of working experiences in construction contract.

Familiar with various construction methods and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances.

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Personal Assistant to Director
Job Responsibilities:
-
Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar and schedules.
-
To perform full spectrum of secretarial and admin function.
-
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.

Undertake any other special assignment, ad-hoc function and duties as and when directed by the Director.

Upkeep filling and master listing, monitoring and follow up for Director’s personal and corporate matters.
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Secretarial/Office Management/Business studies or equivalent.

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Candidate is well organised, systematic, dedicated and meticulous to detail towards paper assignment, punctual and independent.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
Safety Officer
Job Responsibilities:

To plan, assign and supervise all the safety matters and requirement at all sites.

To liaise with relevant authorities/sub-con on environment, safety and health issues.

To coordinate and conduct regular inspection on site compliance with safety codes or other regulations.

To promote and enforce effective environmental, safety and health practices throughout project sites.
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Certification require by safety and health authority or Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Helath/Safety).

At least 6 years of working experience.

Candidate must have Green Book with valid expired date.

Site Clerk
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising and coordinating site activities.

Collaborate with HR to support on new joiner on board the site.

Collate and verify all the attendance checking and submit to HR or relevant parties.

Perform site office administration such as office equipment, data entry, filing and etc.
Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM or equivalent.

At least 1 years of working experience.
